| District Email: | Your district email account is web-based and can be accessed from anywhere via the internet. |

| Step 1. |
Accessing Your Email: | You can access your email in several ways: | ||||||
| Web Browser |
Simply type: email.wusd.us in the address box of Internet Explorer. |

When you open Internet Explorer click on the "Exch 2010" link near the top of the district homepage. | ![]() |

| Microsoft Outlook Program |
You can open up the Microsoft Outlook program which is located in the Programs folder on your desktop. The first time you open it you may need to enter your wusd login and password. |

| You can pin your Microsoft Outlook icon to the task bar for easy access. Click and drag the Microsoft Office Outlook icon down into the bar on the bottom of your screen. Be sure to log out correctly to make sure that this change is saved to your personal profile. Now it will be in your taskbar at the bottom when you log in next time. | ||||||||
| Step 2. | Logging In Your Email |
Your email uses the same district login name and password that is used to log in to any district computer. If you can log into the computer you will be able to access your email. | ||||||
| Step 3. | Setting Up Your Email | When you log into Microsoft Outlook it is a good idea to set up your personal signature so that all of your outgoing mail has your name and phone extension. The following screenshot is from Outlook 2010. You can access this window under the "File" option on the ribbon. If you are using Outlook 2007 go to Tools > Option s> Signature. | ||||||
