| Printing: | You can print your documents to any network printer, but you must know the name of the printer you wish to use. |

| Step 1. |
Choosing the Printer: | You must choose the printer name from the print menu by double-clicking on the name of the printer. (This screenshot is from a thin client computer) | ![]() |

| Step 2. | Adding a Printer: |
If you don't see the printer you want to print to you will need to add a printer. In order to do this you will need to click on "add a printer" and type in your school location in the field labeled "location". | ![]() |

| To find the printer you want type in the abbreviated name
of your school in the Location: field text box. Click the
Find Now button and a list of printers in your school will appear
from which you can choose one to add. Note: wre, cbe, ahs, cdjh, and 7mile are the abbreviations for each school. |

| Step 3. | Printing: |
When you have clicked print you should see a message in the bottom right corner of your screen telling you that the documents have been send to the specified printer. | |||||||
| Problems: |
If your document doesn't print check the following possibilities: Note: Printing again will only cause more problems. |
- You accidently printed to a different printer. |

| Step 4. | Setting a Default Printer: |
You will want to set your default printer so that you
don't have to select the printer each time you print.
