Scanning Documents:

To scan documents at your school site you will need to use either a Ricoh copy machine or a dedicated scanner/copier/fax machine that is typically used for scanning Galileo tests.
 
Using a Ricoh Aficio Copy Machine to Scan.
Step 1.

Put the paper you want to scan into the tray face up.

   
Step 2.
Click on the scanner button on the left side of the control panel.
    Step 3. Press the [Manual Entry] button
    Step 4. Type in your full personal WUSD email address (my.name@wusd.us) using the touch screen keyboard.
   
Step 5.
Press the [Sender Name] button.
    Step 6. Touch the box marked [Pierre].
This simplifies the process by designating this already set-up address as the sender of your email. Your scanned document will appear in your WUSD email account as a pdf attachment in an email from [Pierre]
Step 7.
Push the big green [Start] button on the control panel.

Step 8.
Before you leave make sure to push the [Clear Program] button on the top of the control panel.
Step 9. Open your WUSD email account and find your scan attached to an untitled message from [Pierre].
