Bonnie Kasey is the principal of Whiteriver Elementary School since 2014. She began her educational career at Whiteriver Elementary School in 1998 as a fifth grade teacher. She was an elementary school teacher in the district for 14 years. After obtaining a Master’s Degree in Educational Leadership, she had the privilege of supporting fellow educators and students as an instructional coach for 2 years prior to serving as principal.
Mrs. Kasey was appointed to the Arizona State Board of Education in 2008 as the teacher representative. She is a trainer of trainers in Teaching Reading Effectively and Arizona English Arts Standards Preparing for Success in College and Career. She participated in Project Elevate Arizona’s Turnaround Leadership Network.
Mrs. Kasey is privileged to serve the White Mountain Apache community, and is dedicated to inspiring the students to reach their greatest potential.
