Federal Programs Coordinator

My name is Davina (Kayti) Parker and I serve Whiteriver Unified School District as the Federal Programs Coordinator.

           Phone: (928) 358-5728

Education and Professional Background

I worked at Cradleboard Elementary School as a second grade teacher. Before teaching, I was the Federal Programs Title VI Administrative Assistant for 15 years. I hold a bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education from Ottawa University.

Federal Programs Smart Goals

This year I am committed to work toward:

  • increasing Parent Advisory Council attendance to 20+ over the 2021-2022 school year
  • moving out of “high risk” status and toward “medium risk” for FY2023 (in Grants Management Enterprise)
  • increasing collection of required documentation by following timeline provided by Arizona Department of Education in 2022

I would like to personally invite you to attend the Federal Programs Parent Advisory Council meeting (held the last Monday of the month, starting at 5:30pm, at the District Office Training Room). Each month, information will be shared to help you connect with Whiteriver Unified School District. Our Apache Language staff will be sharing a craft at the end of our meetings to ensure our Apache arts and crafts are being taught to families.
